• Perform HIRA to demonstrate ALARP 
  • Perform Conceptual HAZID 
  • Determine the safety distance 
  • Perform HIRA
    • HAZID/ HAZOP
    • CA, FERA, QRA 
    • EERA
    • Noise Assessment
• Review and confirm ALARP 
  • Desktop review for Deliverables (Site plan, plot plan, Equipment layout plan) 
  • 3D model review 

Layout Development 

• Greenfield project: Site location selection, Site plan layout, Process unit plan, Equipment layout 
• Brownfield project/Modification: More focus is on the equipment layout.
