DP shall not be less than the vapor pressure of the stored products.
Additional pressure = partial pressure of non-condensables + Liquid head
PSV set pressure와 design pressure 정할 때 liquid head 고려해야 함.
(2) Min Design temperature
Ambient T, Solar input, product run down T를 고려해서 정한다.
Lighter HC인 경우 autorefrigeration T를 고려해야 한다.
