** Underground sump에도 fireproofing이 필요한가? Typically no.
Prolonged external pool fire가 가능한가? drainage등으로 지속적으로 fire가 불가능. Overpressure는 PSV로 cover가능함.
Prolonged external jet fire가 가능한가? Layout상 확인이 필요하지만 vessel 상부에 다른 설비가 설치되어 있지 않다면 jet fire는 불가능하다고 판단함. Pipe rack이 지나간다면 pipe flange와의 이격 거리를 생각해봐야 한다. 필요하다면 water deluge/spray가 필요할 수 는 있겠지만 그럴 확률은 작아 보인다.
